Booking procedure

  • Contact us to check availability.

  • Transfer 30% deposit within 5 days to secure booking. Payment of the remainder of the balance is due 8 weeks before departure. For bookings within 8 weeks of departure, the full rental is due at time of booking.

  • A deposit of £100 is required in case of breakages and damage, which will be refunded immediately following your stay.

  

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Payment

To confirm a booking;

  • make a deposit of 30% within 5 days
  • fill out the booking form

If you fail to pay the final balance when due, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled.

3- 8 weeks before arrival payment of the rest of the money

 

2. If you cancel

Cancellations should be made in writing. The cancellation charge will be;

  • the full deposit (30%) – if more than 6 weeks
  • the full amount – after 6 weeks.

 

3. Changes by Us

We reserve the right to modify or cancel any booking. In this case we will offer you the following options:

  • Accepting the alternative offered.
  • Canceling the booking and receiving a full refund of all monies paid to us.

 

4. Our responsibility

We accept responsibility for ensuring that all component parts of your holiday, which you book with us, are supplied as described to a reasonable standard. We cannot accept any liability in respect of any injury, loss or damage however caused to you unless it is by act or omission of our company employees. Our liability for a failure to provide the service promised is limited to the value of the booking in all cases.

 

5. Care of Property

If you cause disturbance or annoyance to other guests you may be asked to leave by the accommodation owner and we shall have no responsibility to find alternative accommodation. You are responsible that any apartments provided are left upon departure in the same condition of repair as upon arrival. Any loss or damage caused by failure to respect the property, fixtures or fittings will be deductible from your breakages deposit.

 

6. Breakages deposit

A security deposit is payable by you at time of booking. The amount of this deposit is £100.

 

7. Travel Insurance

It is a condition of our accepting your booking that you take out Personal Travel and Cancellation insurance. This alternative policy must provide 24 hour emergency telephone and repatriation service.

 

8. Complaints

In the unlikely event that a client has any problems during their stay, the client must report it immediately to us
